It's not so bad not having rain here. The only problem is that the already bad drivers are SO used to dry conditions that they panic and wreck only after a few seconds of sprinkling.
Hahahahahaha. When the sun comes out here, people also panic. "Ahhhh! I can't see! The world is on fire."
